He did? He requested a hand recount in four counties, and one didn't happen 'cause of the combination of Harris and thugism.

Volusia County had only about 160,000 voters against the other three which had 450,000 or more; Miami-Date with 650,000.

The Florida Supreme Court ruled against Harris.
