You're as good or better than David Boies! Then again you made a good case for just using the machine counts, short of throwning out the whole election.
There is a big burden on standards....because of what you mentioned and each canvassing board setting rules.

2 identical punch card ballot in 2 different counties may count as a vote in one and as a non-vote in another.
