While it is trading down, it isn't trading down alot...it only has given up its gains for the day.

Well let's look at the silver lining. It is arguable that a "miss" like this might not be considered all that material. One year ago, this would have been a secret discussion with a few banks. Anyone who doesn't like RegFD has a different agenda. 28 cents will make an even buck for the year which is up only a lousy 300% over admittedly transition last year's earnings with no bad news for next year.
