Detail the violation. There is not a privacy violation if the information is not true, is there? Or is that an interpretation of the rule by you?

I don't see how if I'm not an employee of whoever that it would bother me if someone said I was. Like TLC saying people are employee's of Gore or the Dems. Is that a violation? It's sure been done a lot.

you're jumping in so fast, and publicly, lends credence to the idea that you have a side to pick.

All this guy did was suggest that TLC worked for SI and that's ground for suspension?...TLC once accused BSP of having been a lawyer for the demo party...did you suspend him for "going into the private side" and his obvious violation here?

Please tell us in the interest of full disclosure, is TLC in any way affiliated with SI or does he have personal contacts there?
