Unfortunately, you don't have much respect for America's working men and women who believe in strength through solidarity You are right. I have little respect for most unions. Here is an example of why. My wife works for a company that is unionized. Several workers passed an email around that was in real bad taste. A explicit dirty joke. The company suspended the workers for a few days because of this. The union stepped in and said you can suspend them but you have to pay them during the supension. Guess what happened next? After the paid suspension was over. Almost every union member stepped forward and claimed they to had forwarded that email and demanded their paid vacation.
