To tell you the truth, I was more worried about what could have been the FSC's last ditch effort to appoint Gore. It certainly would have ensured peace and tranquility throughout the land <g>. I even tried to cheer up one of the more venomous Gore supporters by referring to the FSC's pending decision on that one and saying that he hadn't lost yet. I'm not sure the USSC could have taken that one because the federal question would have been tougher to justify than the two cases that have made it there so far.
