Mike I've watched Cisco for years now plant capitol in a lot of small start-up companies. They cultivate the fields just like a good farmer and if it works out to the small company and Cisco's advantage they join the fold. If it doesn't they sell at a nice profit. Chambers has really impressed me with this foresight. It takes a lot of pressure off the R&D people and actually magnifies Cisco's capitol leverage in the process. I noticed in the CC and 10K that Cisco has really ramped up it's R&D spending. I wonder if they will blow through 70% year over year next QTR. We should know by early Feb. regards, Eric
