** OT **

What do you folks think of shorting GE? Is there any more upside in current environment. Looks overvalued in terms of expectations from market and how they will be kept. What is best way, options? TIA

Robert,

Given that the market had a big down day today and AMAT gave back most(but not all) of its gains from yesterday, my guess is that not many give much credence to Thomas Weisel's predictions, else we would have seen a much bigger selloff.

Re:How in the world can they keep at 'market perform' yet set a price target of 22% lower than it's current price.
Apparently this calls for a total market fall of about 22% to rate at 'market perform' ...

If you ever figure out the "logic" or thought processes of the analysts, please let me know:-)
