Jim,

What's your take on the USSC taking their time on the decision?

They have put their own asses in a sling.

They know that they improperly interfered with the FSC on Saturday. At this point it is impossible for them to say "it's none of our business", because they have altered the outcome of the election with their earlier interference.

On the other hand, there is no way to remedy the situation without further interference. In spite of this, I suspect that they will order a recount because they will damage the court and the Presidency if they don't.

Jim, Re: What's your take on the USSC taking their time on the decision? Maybe they are devising a way to count? Flip a coin?

That should be the case from the very beginning as it is nothing more than a tie, a few hundred votes difference out of 6 million are simply random noise.
