FJ, When anyone tells me that its too complicated for me to understand I get real concerned. I get real busy trying to understand or finding someone who does and is willing to explain it to me. I have never stated that either side was free from sin. To be honest, I am seldom involved in the contract negotiation process. I am more on the problem solving end after the thing is done. I have gotten a clue from my current management that might change at the next contract, but I am in no hurry for more work or to be involved. HAGO TH
