Then you should know that the Florida Court did not change the rules. Interestingly, it appears the U.S. Supreme Court is now faced with the same challenge as the Florida Court. I'm certain the top court knows Gore has a right to his recount, but the question is: How do you give it to him given all of the obstacles which have been put in the way? I think this is the reason for the delay in the U.S. court decision. I think it'll find in Gore's favor. It has to! Bush is flat wrong!!! One only gets elected president by counting all of the votes and Gore's team has proven that there remain votes uncounted in Miami-Dade County. And Bush's voting machine expert in the Sauls' trial sure helped to prove this fact.
