OT / Investment Reporter I hear you. The recommended LDM this year, did they? That's consistent with my impression of them -- they apply their formula consistently to the numbers, but there's no special depth to their research. Before I subscribed, I asked the newsgroup that I used to follow (misc.invest.canada) if it was worthwhile. One response sounded like your experience -- he said that they recommended Royal Trust all the way down, 'til it went bankrupt. IR clearly misses the boat just as much as anyone else. Now, of course, you'll be on MPL's mailing list for ever. More junk. What a shame that they took out David Carlson -- his site used to be really good.
