Good article, though it stops short of finishing the exchange. During the laughter, Scalia repeated his quip forcefully...causing Boise to sheepishly reply over the laughter "yes, I would say to count all the votes, ehuh"

I've heard it twice, and you could hear Boise's cheeks turn red.

Now, I gather, the dissenting opinion dissents save on the point of the majority which says, and I paraphrase accurately, "it's clear that the FSC decision is unconstitutional."
