OPEC Production

See link about OPEC's failure to meet / exceed production quotas in November. Also production dropped from October a bit.

Although the variance is not much considering the quantities involved, some things are noteworthy:

Any time to exceed is quotas is going into the beginning of Winter;

Also prices were quite high for crude all November;

OPEC production has I think been slightly ahead of their quotas for many months now, always leading the change in quotas.

I wonder if there max production efforts are taking a toll on their production?

Or are they already anticipating needing to cut back?

Or possibly there is nothing to read into this data.
