The reason I asked was because I finally heard some discussions between some of the few people in the media I trust and it was going to be very difficult for them to not do that unless they wanted to risk looking like they got to decide the election. Also article 2 of the constitution was a problem ( I think I got this right, I ain't no lwayer, Dennis did I get this right? )

Now I am wondering if they will have another oppourtunity to rule on this, or if it will all be decided in Florida? I assume that numerous oppourtunities exist for the U.S Supreme court to step in again. However that is just an assumption. Would like to hear from someone with more technical expertise than I have wich is none. LMAO For those of u that are tired of the politics, so am I, however this issue is very connected to what the market is doing.

This reminds me of election night where people were trying to be the first one out with news. They are scrambling to get the news out and fumbling over the "news".

They are reading the dissents to get a guidance on what the majority is trying to do with this decision. The confusion is showing up in the futures as well.

With the word remand the futures tanked but then as it becomes clearer that Gore is figuratively dead.. they are rebounding..but you have to wait for the lawyers to parse every word to see if there is any wiggle room for Gore.

Interesting that it is an unsigned opinion.
