OT - Actually the Florida State legislator, not the Florida Supreme Court, is the body which should have set up uniform standards for handling the machine
rejected votes, from the get go. But an effort to convene the legislative body on an emergency basis wouldn't have gotten very far, as it is Republican
controlled - and Bush's/Republican legal machine and operatives effectively blocked any other means to get the count of the "undervote" done.

So chaos theory is proved: The initial flap of a butterfly ballot in Palm Beach caused a hurricane in Washinton D.C.
