It's amazing how the media can cut up something and twist it, the ruling states quite clearly the points that Olson made to the court.

The media is pushing a point concerning a point aimed at the Florida Supreme Court that the US SC should get more information concerning their ruling.

But that doesn't change the ruling, Bush is vindicated.
