Well you narrowed down to the most dangerous kind- The Moron Who's Sure He Isn't.

We should have a contest to figure out how to eliminate even those.

It can't be "They registered as Democrats." that's only suspicious, there are two in Fla. that voted for Electors for Bush today so it's a small percentage that can think for themselves but they exist.

There must be another way.
