futures have been upticking as traders are seeing on Bloomberg TV and elsewhere,headlines shouting basically Bush wins Gore loses,Florida SC reversed---which from all i am picking from those actually reading the ruling,is Florida can have recount IF they ensure uniform counting standard---never trust initial headlines breaking on Boombergs,i have seen various occassions when they get it all wrong but will run it for hours and hours--whatever NASD futures still upticking-now plus 38..max
