Terry, The Northern Protestants were all over Clinton this morning, saying he is kowtowing to the IRA terrorists. It reminds me of a story about Ireland. An American is at a hotel in Belfast and asks the desk clerk where he might find an authentic Irish pub.

"There is one just a block down the street. I'll call you a cab."

"A cab?!!! I'll walk."

"Sir, it is dark and we have troubles in our city."

"Really, I should worry for one block." And the American stepped out the door and started walking down the block. Halfway down, he suddenly felt cold steel against the side of his head and the unmistakable click of a revolver's hammer being pulled back.

"Are ye Catholic or Protestant?"

The American knew this was a zero/one question, but he was a quick thinker.

"Neither. I'm Jewish."

"Begorra, I am the luckiest Palestinian in all Belfast," the voice cackled as he pulled the trigger. <g>
