NBC (and their liberal bias) had their lawyers reviewing it and said its over for Gore. they had Laurence Tribe on the phone - who confirmed from what they read.

Mass confusion on the news though - been flipping among them all

3 judges say the FSC violated constitutional law as well as Florida law. Also, by turning in the ruling by midnight tonight, the "Safe Harbor" law goes into effect for the first set of electors certified.
