Greg, There was not a better solution in this tough situation without a mess continuing.
They were stuck between a rock and a hard place!

It is sad but I hope both sides recognize that something needs to be done.

Agree Greg...Jesse Jackson and Jesse Helms need to both put a sock in it.

By the way it appears it was 7-2 in agreement that the recount was constitutionally flawed. 5-4 is saying there is no remedy.
