Hi Betty,

It is true that they are a (the?) distributor for JMAR, but when they get the chips from JMAR, it counts as a sale for JMAR and contributes to revenues--it is not a consignment-type arrangement. There may of course be s buyback clause in the contract, or something like that--I don't know. (All of this info I take from Irish's reports on conversations with Dennis Valentine, by the way.) What seems significant is that All American has not hitherto listed JMAR products on their site, so it would seem that they, at least, think the availability of JMAR's products are imminent. Which is to say, JMAR hopefully will take a step toward meeting its revenue projections.

Another reliable poster on RB claims to have called All American pretending to be a customer asking about JMAR's product and was informed that it was supposed to be in on December first. One could interpret this any number of ways (best case: the shipment will be there in a matter of days registering a sale for JMAR. Worst: they mislead their distributors, too, and are unable to meet their projections and we have no idea when they will be in). I prefer the former, though for no reason other than chronic optimism.

Best,
Jonathan
