CNN is spinning the snot out of this! Now this IS liberal bias like I have NEVER seen before. What a bunch of whiners! I heard "the same 5 justices who made the stay" at least 5 times and they spend twice as much time talking about the dissent as they do about the decision. I thought the decision was fair. They said that manual recounts were fine but standards must be in place, and Florida did not have the standards in place. In effect the Gore team and the Fla supreme court outsmarted themselves and the process ran out of time. The decision was actually smart in that it prevents this kind of mess in the future. It also addresses the idiots who will inevitably go in and "count the votes" under the sunshine act and FOI act.
