Yes, 17% was an exageration: but whether their is any difference in the ability to pay off a 14% card or a 17% card for many Americans will soon be a moot point...

The only cc debt I have are my credit card carry trades and those are at 0%, 1.9%, and 2.9% and that money is available to be paid back at the drop of a hat if need be.
