Strange election. Concession soon. LET'S RALLY!!!!!!
I'll go lecture the Green Party later. 1% of Nader votes in Florida would have swung the entire election. Amazing.
We have learned a great deal here. That judges are partisan too. And that everything in this country is partisan. And that partisanship = less democracy. And maybe we don't even live in a democracy.

If the SC hadn't stopped the re-counts two days ago it would be finished now and we'd know who really won. Now we may never know. Or we may find out after the fact. Bush probably won anyway but it would have been nice to know. What if Gore actually won by 1 vote? AMAZING! And for all your Republicans who feel like partying DON'T because your party has a tough row to hoe now. History will see this as a tainted situation. Your party has a lot to prove. If Bush doesn't get it right in the next two years forget about your congressional majority. The burden is on the GOP now to justify the partisan skewed court decision. Will it be good for the country? That is the only question which will have to be answered now. And only the future holds that answer.

As much as so much power falls into GW's hands now in a way I do not envy him. The pressure is on. And the critics and doubters will be watching every move he makes. great way to learn on the job. He's just hoping Cheney doesn't have another heart-attack.

At last it's over. RALLY!!!
