Not wholly accurate Tigerpaw, 7-2 that the re-count as ordered was un-constitutional. Face it, or look silly, IMO.

Wrong. The vote was 7-2 to reverse, with liberals Ginsburg and Stevens joining the moderates and conservatives in the majority.
