THE "SHOULD HAVE" LIST

first FLSC ruling to extend certification date should have included an order to Legislature to clarify and define a workable standard besides the hapless "discern clear intent"... that standard is an open door for subjective bullshit interpretation

second FLSC ruling to order manual recounts should have included the same order to Legislature to define a standard... by this time, the absurdity of an indefensible standard was abundantly evident... the whole country and media (except DanRather could see)... we had seen how PalmBeach and Broward differed, in clear violation of equal protection... big big error of judgment, showing low stature as jurists

the FLSupCt will be held responsible for losing this election for Gore
Gore's minions are small people, dubious leaders
they will demand somebody to be held responsible
they will not accept that they lost
instead, they will demand that somebody lost it for them

any FreeInfoAct query must be couched in terms of a hypothesized standard
then a FLorida winner can be discerned by independent parties
