Trouble is, last I looked Polls say Bush'd win a new election with 66%. You can bet with everyone knowing he sought unfair counting, that'll stand. Well, I'll make an informal bet. Only Radical Liberals will hang a hat on the fact that the system wasn't prepared to count fairly and the notion that the SC prevented it. But Gore sought the unfairness...millions heard Boise arguing specifically for unfairness over the last couple of weeks, i.e. less that a full fair count. I could hear Boise's cheeks turn red before Scalia.
