Razorbak, It's not over yet. The Florida Supreme Court still could put together some objective standards to recount all votes or only overvotes. I think that the problem here though is that the bulk of what I'll call "uncounted" overvotes come from Counties in which Bush won.

Thus it may not be worth the effort for Mssr. Gore from that perspective since I still believe that Mssr. Bush will prevail in any statewide recount of votes or overvotes.....

BTW- Well written US Supreme Court opinion- and they maintained their Jeffersonian "States' Rights" bias by returning the decision to Florida for consideration....
