No, they said no more recounts because the FSC said themselves the 12th was their deadline.

Based on the talking heads on TV, going past the 12th violates the state law which intended the FL electors enjoy the safe harbor that the 12th offers. That was the reason 5 of the 9 thought the recount changed state law (again) which is a federal issue.

They sure said it in a round about way...that's why I said chuckle...

Appeared to me that they said: count, but use a better way, but you don't have time.
I have to wonder if Gore will still continue.
