CATech - it's a good thing the markets aren't open here now because we'd be getting whiplash on this turn of events. I think he'll concede, but if he doesn't the markets will not like it one bit tomorrow. May help some of my short positions though - best,

Gore has until Dec18th in Florida
he must convince FL Legis to overturn their Dec12th deadline
ex post facto

such an effort is doomed
it is 12:45am Wednesday Dec13th now

Gore's only viable (yet scummy) recourse is to undermine Bush's Electors from other states where they are unbound
plenty of fertile ground, yet "political quicksand"

only political problem is that Gore stated to the nation
that he would never seek other Electors
this is what lowlife Mario Cuomo is publically advocating

Gore is a cooked goose
his limbs will shake and wobble for a few more days
but the goose aint got no head
a truly pathetic sight

when Democratic leaders have seen enough, they will kill him politically
Dem National Committee Leader will urge him to concede

then we wont hear from the sorry SOB for years
GORE IS AN EXTREMELY PATHETIC POLITICAL FIGURE
he is a leader of nobody
