I think they're up for a "yea" or "nay" vote every 6 years. Ironically, three of them were on the Nov. 7 ballot. I demand a recount. They have conclusively exhibited their judicial incompetence, having been reversed not once, but twice in a single week on Constitutional grounds, which has to be a WORLD RECORD.
