Yes Solon , the human body , or a little lambs... our souls and theirs.... look inside and what do we see? The Marvelous machineries of God....a baby lamb bounding with joy , is as much a metaphor for G-d and creation as all the images of Gabriel and angels tootin their horns at a pearly gate. I refuse to ever believe that this is just rote creation and just dumb and blind. The image of little lambs will always bring back a poignant image for me ....and the verses of this lyrical Ode here: bartleby.com enjoy, c/ya Solon ;-)
