isopatch, Presidential history is full of "Round Two" matchups between Presidential contenders. 2004 is only 3 3/4years away now anyway.... Why not Gore vs. Bush II?

And to be honest, part of the reason that I wanted to see Mssr. Bush win the Presidency, was to see Colin Powell set up to run in 2008. Colin Powell vs. Ms. Clinton should be a battle royale if it ever came to pass....

Now Mssr. Bush would be well advised to formulate a rational energy policy as one of his early priorities, perhaps build around the Energy Policy Act of 1992....
