WE need to get our chess boards out and look for more chips to collect CSCO is already above resistance of 53 and that is a positive sign. We can't be watching stocks in a vacuum, they pull back we need to build up as best as possible a blueprint for tomorrow taking into account as much positive factors as possible and building from there. marketgems.com

MSFT will have a TRIPLE top point & figure chart formation breakout at 61. Together with some good earnings perhaps tomorrow and some Anticipatory Upswing we might build a case of a rise tomorrow and possibly throughout the entire session instead of up to 10:35 or 11:30. We had a hefty correction today on the overbought stocks so that might be an impetus to a rally.

Overseas: Hong Kong Hang Seng +1.66%
Japan Nikkei +0.36%

JPM - at 158 7/16, Fed. has approved merger between JPM and CMB. CMB wll have a double top point & figure breakout at 44 and FITB at 59. The financials are looking pretty good as a backdrop for a possible rally. More chess pieces in place. VRTY reports earnings after the close and could have a bit of a surprise, but we have to wait.
