I think they should do a manual recount of the whole country, to dispel the myth that Gore won the popular vote. Constructive activity is therapeutic...... ""

I was hoping Bush would push for more counting everywhere...that might have helped. Perhaps a law demanding a full count whenever the Popular vote is close, just for the sake of knowing. Good idea ya got there, I think. I was waiting for CA's absentees to come through at one point...boo hooo... :-(
