hdl, >>>It isn't nice to call people stupid. I don't agree with the conventional political correct don't use the word stupid proposition.

stu·pid (stpd, sty-)
adj. stu·pid·er, stu·pid·est.

1.Slow to learn or understand; obtuse.
2.Lacking or marked by a lack of intelligence.

Any person who listens to Gore and believe in what he says is to me a stupid person and that's ok. It's far better than assuming that they are dishonest and understand and still don't care. Adult's have some number of years of experience and if they can't spot a phony yet, then stupid is a 100% accurate adjective to describe their condition.

It's not about nice, it's about honestly describing that which is.

I don't take offense at being called stupid, I've done my share of stupid things. I do object if I'm called a liar or dishonest. I also think that it is kind those who go through life stupidly without thinking to rub a little reality in their face. I've done stupid things, but I learn and don't repeat.
