One thing that happened is that the ML analyst covering INSP changed. It used to be Blodget and now its someone I never heard of. Since securities analysis intrinsically requires certain subjective assumptions, it's not hard to accept that any two analysts could come to different conclusions, sometimes radically so. Note the difference between the new ML analyst and her peers at Wedbush and Piper Jaffrey.
