By mid afternoon, with all the Democrat Congressmen and Senators looking towards 2002 and re-election, the shrill call will go out for Gore to concede...Gore's recalcitrance is beginning to reflect on Democrats in general...that is why Ed Rendell, General Chairman of the DNC, got out in front last night calling for a concession, he sees the damage coming.

If Gore tries to get the Fla. Supremes to begin another recount do you really think the Judges in Fa., the leaders of the recount, will blindly do so against a US Supreme Court ruling? It might jeopardize their career on the Bench.
