Thanks, sir. I do believe you're right. A cpa is on order. This wash rule thing....pardon the French....sucks. You know, you get to know a stock and, on one trade it goes against you. Then, when you have a good feeling it might bounce back, you can't buy it b/c you lose the tax loss. So you're in the penalty box for 30 days and have to focus on others stocks you may not know as well.
