Jumper,
Military personell may cast absentee ballots under certain conditions without requesting an absentee ballot.
Military absentee ballots need only be signed by the 7th, they can be mailed afyter the 7th, so long as they are received by the 17th and all other conditions are met.

Why are you so focused on excluding the military folks? Why are you not expressing any concern about the many servicepeople who DID request absentee ballots and NEVER received them?

Jumper..I really don't think so..these military ballots were cast legally, perhaps a bit belated, and with no post mark, but to suggest otherwise is not going to fly with those of us of good will and common sense
