"the voter should have provided the Voter ID Number" Oh do please correct me if I am wrong, but was not the entry for the Seminal ballot MISSING the voter ID all together? Directions were followed to the letter....and the votes did count. You only pointed that out yet again, and even included argument to back it up! <LOL> Haven't you had enough abuse yet?
