Andreas... although the stock moved lower today, 18 1/4 is the "all the bad news is in" number, imho. One would think that with the company turning in much better earnings than it did when the stock was 18 a year ago and the fact that we do have a plan and a ceo, that WS would give it a higher valuation. We can only hope that when the tide of the Nasdaq rises next time(after all, the Nas has been cut nearly in half)that CPQ's boat will rise with the others. It will be interesting to see what they do turn in for actual earnings on 1/23. El

Hi all - Andreas, I think MC held out too long to announce this. If he had picked the same day as INTC, CPQ could ve had a chance to escape the retest of the bottom. Instead, while no one has believed CPQ would be unscathed, everyone held MC earlier forecast like holding his hand over the fire.

Still, IMHO, MC is a lot better than EP, unfortunately, CPQ is still on probation, so, missing 10 minute to class for CPQ is far worse than fighting between class for others!

best, Bosco
