According to CNN Gore will address the nation tonight between 8 and 9pm, and has apparently suspended the recount and has thanked everyone involved in it for their hard work.

now that its all over, it may be time for us to try and persuade folks that did not vote, that they should, next time. As it stands, approx 75% of the voting population did not vote for the "winning candidate".
