destructive for Jackson to refer to GWB's "nazi" tactics Like Limbaugh's use of the term femiNAZIS?

Re: "Don't you think it is destructive for Jackson to refer to GWB's "nazi" tactics to stop black voters in Florida?"

No.

The Dred Scott decision basically held that African-Americans weren't "people." If the Rev. Jackson sees an analogy to what happened in Florida, then it is his right to do so.

I am not as eager as you are to clamp free speech in this country just because you don't like what someone says. There is a price all of us must pay for the First Amendment.
