Party Time, as I recall, this issue you insist on rehashing was heard and heard fully in 2 separate courtrooms. In one of those trials, the judge happened to be a black female democrat. She heard the arguments of both sides and ruled to count the votes, which she said was CONSISTENT with the legal precedents and the existing law. I note that she made this ruling despite the overt pressure brought to bear by Jesse Jackson and his crew AND despite many unkind things said about her prior to her ruling.
I think it is fair to say that your arguments were heard and a fair ruling was made, it just happens to be one you disagree with. That happens sometimes.

>>The Democrats whose forms were rejected, were innocent requests which resulted not from the Dems mass mailing, but rather from those who independently sought to vote absentee.<<

Its a bad assumption that "all" the ballot applications were democratic. In fact, the I seem to recall the precinct went Republican. So at best (for the demos), these independently obtained ballot requests would be neutral would they not?

>>The Republicans did a similar mailing, however, their form lacked the provision, a blank line, for assigning the Voter ID number. Even though, on the form, it stated the Voter ID must be included, around 2,000 of these forms were mailed directly to the voting supervisor's office where they became official documents<<

You are comparing to apples to oranges. >>The Republicans did a similar mailing<< Statement is not true. One was a mass mailing and the other independent requests.

Are you such a democrat hack that you are blinded to logic?? Think a little before emotional posting.
