The point is simply that a partisan court acted to demand a criteria not in place ever in the history of the country, and they absorbed the time that might have been used to rectify the situation and used the absence of time as a rationale for their decision... mighty catch-22ish.

I think it is a bad ruling for all of us; in this instance machine counts and partial hand counts are considered superior to personal eyeball examination by the official trained ballot counters... a procedure in place for hundreds of years. Now the SC decides this is insufficient! and what timing!
