NICM looking like a monster bagger profit maker - chart and technicals look good and a long-term upward run looks imminent. NICM held shareholders meeting yesterday which was a great success / and 2 press releases hit yesterday as well ...

Very true. Additionally, book value is more relevant in some sectors than others. The differing accounting policies for capitalizing items can materially impact reported book value.
