I am definitely on your side of this controversy, LoF. I do not agree however with your statement above. Both sides had excellent attorneys, and I liked the GWB attys better for obvious reasons, but I don't think they are better at their jobs than Tribe or Boise. What it comes down to is

We had a MUCH BETTER position. We were on the side of fairness and the law. Sometimes the good guys do win.
